Civic Center Usage

The Civic Center is available for daily use for individuals, families, groups, organizations and/or businesses for parties, meetings, seminars, reunions, weddings, showers, etc.


User Fee & Cleaning/Care Deposit

Usage Fee: $175 non-members; $25 discount for members.

Cleaning & Care Deposit: $100  (Deposit will be refunded if cancelled –  returned by mail, allow 60 days)

Usage Fee & Deposit due at time of reservation with paperwork mailed in with in 7 days. If payment not received with in 7 days of email requesting hold the date may be released. Usage fee once paid is non-refundable.

The Civic Center has a full kitchen, buffet tables, chairs, and restrooms.  Fee includes the use of the front lawns and pavilion with picnic tables. 

Those using the center will need to provide their own kitchen wares, paper products, trash bags, toilet paper,decorations, food/beverages, etc.

Building must be left clean and all trash placed in dumpster.

AC/Heat must be left on 78-80 degrees (spring/summer) and 50-55 degrees (winter) when leaving.

Do Not use tape on the walls it will damage the paint. No use of tape or staples on any surface.

No alcohol is allowed in the building or on the lawn.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

The facility cannot be used to sell personal or retail goods.

Max capacity 90 people

Violation of any of these rules or any on contract will forfeit your cleaning & care deposit. Damages in excess of cleaning & care deposit will result in legal action for compensation.

Building Request

As a non-profit run by all volunteers we require all communications to be by email. Building usage request should be sent at least 30 days in advance. Contact the Middleburg Civic Association at to check your date needed. Allow 10 days for a reply. Volunteers must check schedule and confirm any unpaid request before reply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with patience for answers to dates available.

Once date is confirmed you will need to send the User Agreement Payment must be received within 10 days of email holding date available or date will be released. Include the date, family name, address to mail check to and a phone number. Please send us an email when you place the check in the mail. 

If you request a date previously reserved but not yet paid for it may take longer for an answer on availability as we will reach out to the previous person reserving the date to confirm it is still needed before we are able to answer your request.

To pick up key for your event, please email at least 1 week before event to make arrangements.


Failure to follow any rules listed on website or Usage Agreement will cause loss of deposit and could result in additional claims.
