DESCRIPTION:Middleburg Fall Festival 2025\nSaturday\, November 15\, 2025\, from 11am-3 pm\nVendors Rules and Application:\nALL VENDORS MUST ENTER PALMETTO STREET TO BE “CHECKED IN” BEFORE SETTING UP.\nAll vendors must submit the attached application. Upon receipt of your application\, you will receive a confirmation email with further information. All spots are first-come\, first-served. Applications must be emailed by October 15\, 2025\, or dropped off at our October meeting to secure a vendor booth. \nThe setup must be complete\, and all vendor vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:30 AM SHARP\nAll roads are closed\, as per a Clay County order\, and no automobile traffic is permitted until after 4:00 PM. If you close early\, you can’t drive a vehicle onto the grounds to load up; you must hand-carry everything off-site.\nVendors must meet local\, state\, business\, and tax regulations\, adhere to all Health Department requirements\, and have necessary documents on hand. (Inspectors may be on site)\nAll Food Trucks will need to be set up for the inspector at 9 am sharp no exceptions\nNo alcohol permitted. All vendors must keep products family-friendly.\nPower and water are not guaranteed to be available. Please plan accordingly.\nClean up after yourself. Remove all trash. If you do not clean up your area\, you will not be invited back. \n
